Okay. Okay!!! Here I go.

I look at the clock.  4:45 AM.  I have one hour and 15 minutes to sleep.  I look again.  5:00.  I am serious about sleep now.  I close my eyes, pull the cover over my eyes and breathe.  Here I go.  The lights of my mind are dimming.... 

NOPE!  There they are again.  The responses.  The damn scientific, research based responses to the nonsense I see on social media.  

I try to make peace.  I try to keep my mouth shut for the sake of old friendships, convenience and just plain distraction.  

Its not going to happen.  I have a loud call in my head and my heart to provide a response.  

This blog is the response.  

It is my opinion mixed with some research. 

That's what I do.  I research.  I engineer.  I find an answer to problems of communication.

My conscience has nagged me too long.

Sigh.
